Worst night ever in any hotel booked on Expedia and I've booked a lot of them in the past 20 years. The room was small but I knew that. I booked it for it's location. I also booked it because it says Air Conditionned in the description. A must have in July in Madrid! This is false. There is only a ceiling fan, no air contionned. It was so hot, it was impossible to sleep. With the window opened, it was also just impossible to sleep because this part of the city is very noisy. I hope Expedia will ask the property to change their description of the rooms so that people know what they are to expect.

El chek-in es un horror, el teléfono de contacto está mal, el personal de limpieza no es capaz de ofrecerte ayuda,la puerta de la habitación quedó bloqueada y pasaban al lado y no eran capaces de decir que ocurría, cuando me dirigí a una de ellas era tan sencillo como pasar la mano por un sensor que debe ser secreto. La cama de una doble deluxe tiene buenos muelles que se encargan de clavarse en cada músculo de tu cuerpo. Lo bueno, la ubicación.

La habitación no estaba mal pero la forma de hacer el "chec in" horrible, porque se tiene que hacer automáticamente a través de una tableta electrónica y nadie me ha avisado que fuera así y tuve que necesitar asistencia para lograr hacerlo. No aconsejo para nada este método y que nadie haya preavisado de la forma del check in. La habitación estaba bien.
