Front desk was very helpful. Printed some museum tickets for us and switched our room to a street view room with a balcony. The room was large, comfy, and lovely.

Overall it was a pleasant stay. Room was a bit small for my liking but if you want a convenient location in the city to just sleep & shower, this place is perfect. Walls are pretty thin so don’t plan on sleeping in because you’ll most definitely be woken up by everything going on outside your door.

It's safe, clean, quiet! I loved the area , I saw childrens going to school , a supermarket nearby, everyone was friendly when I was asking for directions . You feel at home!

Very simple and small rooms, but in the great area of restaurants, shops and close to the metro. Very walkable and we felt safe everywhere. This is a no-frills place, but we slept well and thats what we needed. Thank you

Great value

This 1-person room was cheap and at the best location = great value, if you do not plan to spend a lot of time in the room. You can walk anywhere in the center from here, but also really easily take the metro to go further (incl. to Barajas Airport). Room itself was really basic, but everything worked, including self-check-in around at 9:30 PM. Some things to consider: -The noises of other rooms can be heard pretty well. Didn't bother me, but there is always a risk of a noisy neighbor :) -WC of this 1-person room doesn't have a door, it's in the same space with the bed.

I notified Expedia and hotel that. I will stay only 2 days instead of 3 days. I didn’t get a refund even though I requested 5 days before my stay. Location is good but propert is very old and dark rooms.

Stayed there for 3 nights as a solo traveler. Location was convenient to the metro and walkable to most areas. Didn’t interact with staff much but they were super friendly and let me check in early. Room covered all your basic necessities and I appreciated the A/C and fast wifi. Keep in mind bathroom is private but no separate partition with room (didn’t mind as a solo traveler). Shower had a really great water pressure. Walls are a bit thin, where you can hear normal sounds from other guests (if you are a light sleeper, bring ear plugs). Overall it was a good place.

The property is super well located. Remote check in was easy and the only thing I struggled with a bit was opening the keybox that contained the keys to the room - but mostly out of my own lack of motor skills I guess. The room and bathroom are not super spacious but are correct for a 1 star hotel. Bathroom seems to be freshly renovated and room was not bad either. Has all amenities you need for a hotel that level. Bed is comfortable and shower has good pressure. The only issue I found was that indeed the room was not at all soundproof so you could hear the people in the corridor/other rooms. Perhaps not a good option for longer stays but for me who was there for just one night, it was amazing price/quality ratio.

Tiny room in noisy, poor repair. Good location

Hmmmm. Calling them "suites" is a stretch. The smaller room that we initially booked was very small. It was acceptable for a younger, single person but not a couple. Luckily the toilet valve was leaking, so the cistern topped up every two minutes, which was disturbingly noisy and the shower controller was broken, so we were moved to a larger, bigger room after one night. The vaccuum device in the toilet activated every five minutes or so, but at that point we'd given up on the property. The location was very good, the linen and bed clean and the recep guy very pleasant and helpful, but we'll not be using this or any other properties of this chain again.
