La recogida de llaves se hace en otro sitio aunque está cerca. Hay un parking público al lado (65€ 1 día y 17 hrs) El apartamento es cómodo y está muy bien equipado. Las calidades del mobiliario muy básicas pero el diseño es bonito, el estudio es funcional y la ubicación está muy bien. La relación calidad precio nos pareció muy buena

Great location and very spacious. The street is noisy, especially in the early hours. My experience was that it’s a base for people who want to party so hearing people get in to the other apartments in the early hours occurred every night. It’s ok if you don’t want to sleep!

I love the place, super clean and homey feel like. Cristina is the best! She is very helpful and accommodating and flexible. We have what we need and she is always there to help us. For sure I will stay there again with my family if we visit Madrid again.

The property/building is in a great neighborhood just off the Main Street (Gran Via), and is a beautiful building and very modern and well done inside of the apartment. It was an excellent choice to be centrally located in Madrid and have plenty of space for my family. The two women (one was Christina) were so helpful, they sent me a WhatsApp message before my arrival to confirm everything. That was great! I highly recommend this hotel.

Good apartment in the heart of Madrid

Apartment is in the heart of Madrid, I was really pleased with the apartment. Easy access to train, which we only used once since everything else is walkable. Plenty of restaurants and convivencia.

The property was clean and comfortable. The location was good. However, there was no shower soaps and shampoo provided. The check in and check out process were inconvenient due to short reception hours. We had to go to different site to pick up the key or pay 30 euro to pick up the key at near by office after 8pm.

Place is easy to find. We arrived prior to check-in time and the staff graciously allowed us to stow our luggage while we enjoyed Madrid before coming back and checking in. Kitchen is well-stocked and has all appliances including a clothes washer/dryer, and a small dishwasher. Bed was very comfortable. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Easy walk to Plaza Celibas where you could use the Express bus to Barajas airport. Good shopping and restaurants nearby. Close to Prado Museum, Thyssen Museum, National Archaeology Museum, Reina Sofia and others. Several Metro lines are close.
