Elena at the front desk was outstanding—helpful, knowledgeable, and genuinely welcoming. She went above and beyond to assist us and made our stay much more enjoyable. The hotel is in a fantastic central location, making it very convenient to get around. My family and I were very satisfied with our stay and truly appreciated the excellent service we received.

Lovely hotel, easy to walm to most of the areas in madrid and right next to the metro, which made getting around and to and from the airport really easy, rooftop bar great with lovely views, especially at sunset, pool more for a quick dip and those who want to instagram their experience than for proper swimming but nice to cool off. Staff really welcoming and friendly. Breakfast also good, and with again lovely views.

The hotel is in a safe, convenient location — great for shopping, public transportation, and walking around the city. However, the room was disappointing: the bed was uncomfortable, there was noticeable dust throughout (including on the eucalyptus plant), and the bathroom had an unpleasant smell upon arrival with stains on the shower floor and walls. Breakfast was also underwhelming, with limited options and overly oily fried eggs despite the staff’s friendly service. On a positive note, the gifts provided (tote bag, sandals, and wine) were a thoughtful and rare touch that we truly appreciated.
