"The room was clean. We had the 2 queen with rollout couch. The bed was very dirty and had no sheets or covers in the room. Breakfast bar was cold and dirty. Parking was great. Staff was limited but were very accommodating and nice"

"The stay was absolutely wonderful! Clean rooms, clean pool, clean hot tub staff was super nice and the food was really good! Just don’t except your $100 security deposit back immediately, we checked out on Sunday and still haven’t had that refunded to our account. Called and they said it was going back to our card and it’s been over 48 hours and still nothing. Other than that we would definitely stay here again!! And it’s also very kid friendly and safe!! "

"It was very clear the staff at the Sheraton were unhappy to have so many guests this week due to a conference. The restaurant on site - staff in no hurry to take our orders, didn't get drinks (water), two separate people ordered and the order came out on one plate, staff ignored us (we were 2 of 4 people in the entire restaurant) and obviously weren't interested in being bothered while they talked and checked phones, check in staff were very unwelcoming. "

"Nice hotel but in a not so safe area- lots of homeless and very little restaurants and stores- seemed like an abandoned city. Still the hotel was upscale and nice to bring a dog. "
