The hotel has an amazing location. Staff was super friendly. Rooms don’t have many amenities but it was very comfortable. We did find couple of missed spots when it comes to cleaning but nothing major. Lobby is beautiful and spacious. Definitely great place to stay in Madison.

The first room we checked into had food in the freezer and the toilet wasn't working. The second room had a working toilet and was cleaner, but I don't know why I paid $20 more for a "king suite with separate seating area" as it was one room. Best Western Premier Park Hotel
The property is meticulously maintained and beautiful. The staff is informative, helpful, and kind. The pillows are heavenly. It was a very enjoyable stay.
