「We spent a wonderful week in Madeira and had an amazing stay at this hotel. Everything was perfect and the hotel had absolutely everything needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. The breakfast was rich, fresh with plenty of great options. The rooftop bar was also incredible beautiful atmosphere and the perfect place to relax in the evening. 「Das Rauchen auf den eigenem Zimmerbalkonen war nicht erlaubt ohne, dass dies zuvor bekannt war. Das Personal war im Allgemeinen nicht hilfsbereit und man fühlte sich bei Anliegen als Belastung. Die Zimmer sind gut, aber in die Jahre gekommen. Die Balkontür schleift (übrigens bei allen Zimmern). Der Kleiderschrank ist eine Zumutung, wenn man mehr als eine Person ist (Schiebetürendilemma). Die Türen schlagen und hört man über den ganzen Flur. Die Stimmung und Atmosphäre gleicht einem Hauptbahnhof...

The available breakfast was extraordinary, with a variety of local fruits. Organized events for local specialities tastings. All perfect. We would like to come back. Thanks to the hotel」

「Das ganze Hotel war sauber, das Personal war sehr aufmerksam, wenn doch mal was daneben ging. Das Personal, vor allem im Restaurant war sehr aufmerksam. Das wars aber auch schon mit positiven Erfahrungen. Essen könnte besser sein, da ist man von RIU anderes gewöhnt. Der Innenpool ist Miniklein und schließt zudem 18:00 Uhr...was soll denn der Quatsch??? Auch der Außenpool konnte nach 18:00 Uhr nicht mehr benutzt werden. Heizung stand auf Winterbetrieb, keine klimaanlage möglich. Nachts...

「Check in was smooth, room was spacious and clean. Hotel nicely located near boardwalk. Nice view from balcony. Supper buffet was Latin themed and very, very good, as was the breakfast buffet. Underground parking € was convenient. I would definitely stay again. 」
