" Only two disappointing things. First, and this is just me, the juices served at breakfast were room temperature. Yuck! Second, we had gone out for the day on our second day, thinking the room would be cleaned while we were gone. Wrong. Housekeeping finally came and by that time, I didn't even care if our beds were made. Just asked for more towels and trash removed. Old towels weren't removed so we left a huge pile of them when we left today. Now, having said all that, the room we had was quieter than expected and had a great view of the canal. And, as always, the front desk staff was helpful and respectful."

"If you have “aftermarket” wheels on your vehicle you cannot use their valet service. Was told I could potentially check in early, room wasn’t ready yet which wasn’t a big deal. Came back an hour and a half after my check in time and the room still wasn’t ready. Stood in the lobby for 30 minutes while they tried to figure out what was going on. Finally got moved to a different room. I asked for some type of reimbursement due to the inconvenience and they proceeded to tell me since I used Expedia to book the room there was nothing they could do. Other than that the room was great. "
