Quest Mackay on Gordon
Lovely staff, clean land comfortable room with kitchenette, right next to an Coles, and good view. Quest comfort as always. Coles loading trucks woke me up at 730am. Maybe ask for a room on non coles side. No coffee pod machine disappointing. Scent of toiletries not superb.

Mackay Resort Motel
Clean room. Great location. Had everything we needed. Communication was fantastic as we had a late check in. Very helpful when my child got sick and we needed the hospital and a bit for time in our room. Highly recommend for your stay in Mackay. Easy access to everything.

Mackay Oceanside Central Hotel
Disgusting. Provided a pull out mattress that was covered in god knows what for our child to sleep on. The hotel is under construction which was not advised noises disruptive. Hotel staff are nice but not helpful.
