「Loved the location right on the river!! The room was fantastic 502 on the top floor with huge jet bathtub overlooking the river!!! Alcides was an exceptional hotel manager and arranged surprise special experiences for us to make our stay extra special. Since the hotel is close to the river, it is also close to the train tracks so bring your ear plugs. They have a beautiful outdoor terrace adjacent to the river. Only negatives were that our room phone was broken and the spa Jacuzzi was disabled...

「從一訂到飯店後就收到飯店的來信跟我們確認到達時間，雖然我們的火車有延誤，但飯店還是有派人到車站接我們，房間內的設備很完善，還有按摩浴缸使用，到凌晨四點隔壁的餐廳都還放著音樂，但完全不影響住宿睡眠，床很舒適，早餐的樣式雖不多，但服務人員很有禮貌，還有新鮮現打果汁，可邊吃邊欣賞外面的街景, 很值得住宿。」

「We were originally staying on top of the mountain, but that particular hotel closed. I scrambled to find an equal and the Inkaterra fit the bill. This is a great hotel. Beautiful, great rooms, amazing staff. 」

「Property was excelent. Room was spacious, clean and had all the necessary amenities. Location was convenient to train, bus stations and shops and restaurants. The front desk was extremely kind and accomodating to our requests. Highly recommend this place.」

「Located in Aguas Calientes (Machu Picchu Pueblo) this is a great place to stay if you are planning on going to visit Machu Picchu, it is a 1 hour 30 minute hike to the park entrance, the bus to park is less then 5 minutes away, the hotel itself is clean cold water in sink hot water shower, breakfast is served every day from 6am till 9am before that 4am to 6am you can request bag lunch, there are several restaurants nearby, it is located about 1/4 mile up hill from town square the village it self...

「I came to Hacienda Roman knowing that in this part of Peru, you can't expect all the amenities like WiFi, cable TV, etc. If you go in with reasonable expectations, you'll be happy with this hotel. The pros: Staff are quite nice. Food is tasty and available fresh on site. Personal attention, especially the tour of the coffee/jungle out back, is phenomenal. The entire stay was worth it just for this!! The cons: Cooking is unbelievably slow; it took us no less than 1.5 hours to finish a meal...

「Nuestra estancia fue excelente. Llegamos dos horas antes del check in y nos dejaron acupar la habitacion sin problema. La habitacion muy bonita y comoda, además de que el desayuno es tipo buffet y muy rico, nos tendieron muy bien. Te dejan guardar tu equipaje despues del check out. Lo recomiendl mucho」
