「It was a cool looking hotel. I felt the staff weren’t too helpful though. They didn’t really make us feel like home. The restaurant was okay, a bit slow. Didn’t have time to check out the pool. Our room was big, and the blanket was definitely warm. Hot shower. Great. My favourite thing was the observatory experience with David Rivas Romero. 「This was a beautiful stay and the host/owner is so incredibly sweet and accommodating to any needs you may have. Highly recommended doing dinner on-site at least once as it is very much worth the cost. If you're planning on being in Urubamba, stay here!」
