「I reserved the basic cabin. On Exepdia there are no pictures that show that the basic cabin is about 10 x 10 feet and that the only article in the room is a matrass on the floor. It also does not state that the toilet and shower are about 100 feet away from the cabin and that there is not even a path to get to them. 「Historic hotel in centre. Quiet despite it's location as the rooms are facing a courtyard not the street. Helpful staff who helped arrange transportation to the hot springs, as well as, the airport. There are securuty measures in place: ie three located gates which are assessible with the keys given.」

「The views are really nice, there aren't a lot of things to do in this hotel after the second day you will be very bored. Very minimal amenities, the whirlpool have heaters but you have to plan ahead as they don't turn them on unless you ask them to. During our last two days a storm knocked down power, and although they have a generator they purposely turn it off at 10 PM which leaves every hotel guest completely in the dark with no power, no internet, and no air.
