「The staff are very helpful and the hotel is located close enough to town to be easily walkable. At the same time its quiet and way from the loud music in town. The room was exceptional and the grounds beautiful. Very pleasing.」

「I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived at this property nestled up in the mountains. During the drive up I was questioning my selection but once we arrived at the property all doubts were gone. It was exactly what we wanted. Breathtaking views and wonderful service. We did the coffee tour which was very informative and fun. A must do! 」

「This is a lovely spot, but is 25 min from Pereira, so it is rather isolated. We enjoyed that at first, as we were very tired. There is no where to walk, so our time was spent by the pool reading.The food was very good. We took some day trips, went to Pereira, not really a place to see. We did go to the Cocora Valley and Salento by private tour, it was lovely. Advise: allow at least 1 1/2 hours in Salento to enjoy the very charming town and good shopping (nice leathers and some quality...

「Soy cliente de este hotel y me hospedo por lo menos 3-4 veces al año. Me sorprendió la falta de mantenimiento en este ahora que estuve. El extractor del baño no funcionaba, la zona húmeda del hotel en mal estado y no funcionaba, el comedor con el techo inflado por la humedad, la pintura en la zona del jacuzzi de la zona húmeda en mal estado y así muchos detalles. Espero este comentario sirva para mejorar y la próxima vez que vuelva este en mejor estado, de lo contrario buscaré un hotel que se...

「Excellent hotel. The staff is super friendly and the property is really good. The only downside is that the street is a little bit noisy in the mornings due to the Olimpica supermarket nearby. Other than that, it is a very nice and convenient option.」
