"I had a great time at Pan Pacific and will be coming back again. The staff were excellent, security was great, suite was large and well appointed and being directly attached to the GTC mall made it easy to get to additional reataurants, grocery store, pharmacy and more. I also made good use of the gym and outdoor pool. "

"Room was spacious and had everything we needed. Staff was helpful and accommodating. Restaurant was delicious and available for an early breakfast. Airport shuttle was included which was excellent. Would definitely recommend!"

Due to a maintenance issue with the air conditioner the staff changed my room, which was a quick process between the time I reported and when maintenance came to attempt to fix the issue. It was a wonderful stay. I highly recommend."
