Price was hefty and I think specifically for travelers staying just one night to be close to airport for early next morning flight it is HIGH considering I was there less than 24 hours (I paid it reluctantly for the ease of travel). Enjoyed a break from hanging in my room by having cocktails at the dining room bar."

"It was the perfect 1st night in Rome. The spa was amazing and helped us refresh after a long overnight flight. Would highly recommend staying here. "

"The check-in experience was very poor and ultimately unsuccessful. I contacted the host in advance to confirm my arrival time and parking details but did not receive any response. I followed up again on the day of arrival and still did not hear back until late in the evening. At approximately 9:30 PM, I finally received a response, and at 9:45 PM I was sent a link to complete an online check-in. At that point, I was already in transit picking up my rental car, and it was not possible to complete the process in time. I was then informed that check-in after 10:00 PM would not be allowed, and that I would not be permitted onto the property. This policy had not been clearly communicated in advance, and the lack of timely communication made it impossible to comply. As a result, I was effectively denied check-in and had to make alternative accommodations at the last minute. Additionally, the tone of the host’s communication was unprofessional and unhelpful given the situation. I am requesting a full refund due to the failure to provide access to the property and the lack of proper communication."
