"The property is a little run-down (old dirty carpet in the halls but no carpet in the room itself). The staff was very helpful and the hotel is in a walkable area for dining choices. It is also minutes from the airport and a shuttle is offered for a fee."

"Room was comfortable and spartan. I slept very well. The location is excellent, as it is easy to walk across the river and find shops and restaurants. I felt safe walking alone to dinner and back. The pictures of the river and shops taken from the footbridge were spectacular. "

"The breakfast issue never got resolved. We assumed that breakfast was included in our stay. When we booked it was never mentioned in the rate we paid. Since most all hotels offer complimentary breakfast, we never considered it. BTW, it cost 15 Euros PP PD for a mediocre breakfast. Needless to say we walked a few yards down the street and had our coffee and snack."

"Long walk from the airport to the Hotel, close enough but you are better off with HelloSky. I could hear the pool house on the second floor. Customer service was terrible. The hotel cares more about the bottom line than the customer. I made a mistake on my booking, and paid for the room twice, the hotel would not do anything to help."
