"Standard room size but can have 3 beds, family of 5 (2 teens & 1 kid) can stay in 1 room, not many hotels can have this arrangement. Shuttle bus is great to travel to airport and Aeon mall, they are on time."

"The room is too small for comfort. Check-in is by machine and instructions are in Japanese! There is no room to stage your luggage. The only plus is the offer of Betflix and other streaming services. The breakfast buffet is nothing extraordinary. "

"Great hotel! Walking distance to the old street and shrine. Room service was a bonus too. Staff very friendly and spoke excellent English. Free shuttle to airport was very convenient too. If wanting to explore Narita before or after your flight highly recommend."

"This is a very convenient hotel as it is just a few metres walk from the train station and right next to a huge mall. It has 24/7 access to a small store that is integrated into it. As it's about 50 minutes outside of Tokyo, the rooms are much bigger than you would get in Tokyo. The staff are super helpful and most can speak English or use an interpreter device. The hotel looks like it hasn't been built very long and this is reflected in the new look and feel of the facilities. there is a laundry room with 4 coin-operated washer dryers which is useful. Each bedroom is equipped with a kettle, large TV, fridge, dehumidifier, bath/shower and hairdryer. The rooms don't have a safe, which was disappointing, but there are lockers available near the reception."

The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location is perfect, close to everything yet still quiet and relaxing. I especially appreciated the cleanliness, the quality of service, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!"

"While the room was presented as clean, the overall condition of the property feels dated, with interiors appearing quite dark and carrying an unpleasant odor. This detracts significantly from the guest experience. Service standards were inconsistent and, at times, unhelpful. For instance, I was initially instructed to collect a parcel from reception as room delivery was not available; however, a subsequent delivery was brought directly to my room without issue. This lack of consistency is concerning. Similarly, when requesting an iron and ironing board, I was asked to personally collect these from the lobby while I was staying at the top floor. This is not aligned with the level of convenience typically expected in a hotel setting and created unnecessary inconvenience. The breakfast offering was particularly disappointing. The selection was extremely limited, with notably low-quality items and even basic options such as fried eggs unavailable. Overall, the experience fell below expectations, particularly when compared to the service standards and hospitality commonly found in other hotels in Tokyo. Guests seeking comfort, consistency, and attentive service may wish to consider alternative accommodations."
