「This hotel is very modern, and the location is excellent. The check-in process was very quick, and the room was very clean. The breakfast was abundant with plenty of choices. The only downside is that the trash was not taken out during cleaning.」

「早餐很好. 唯一可讚的是我們早机到了,準備到酒店安放好旅行箧後等15：00回來辦理登記入住,當時早上九點左右,職員說有房間現在可以登記入住,我們起出望外,十分開心的. 入住兩天沒有特别問題的,在第三天及第四天由於我們大約每天15：30至16：00左右會回酒店稍作休息的習慣,回到房間仍未有執房,便联給客服,就好快安排執房算了.第四天回來同樣時間回來,都是未有執房,再次联络客服說接錯了這是餐廳,故此我的伴侶便到前台找她們理論,當時一位女職員的態度有點兒不認真笑着對我們的投诉,由於我們的英文能力沒太好,我站在一旁看到覺得她有點兒歧視我們.噪得很久,有另一個男職員就幫手说的事今天太多房間要清潔故遲了。 在我的立場看每間酒店應該是安排好足夠的職員做的,不是太多客人入住房間就遲遲都未執好的.難道客人晚上22：00回來看見仍未清潔房間,要客人無奈要接受不清潔的道理嗎？ 這一點酒店應該是值得重事的及改善. 酒店的旅客入住你們管理層應是知道的而是作出安排人手.不是隨便算吧的. 作為一間很有名氣的酒店應該是認真處理每件旅客提出意見。作出改善.對所有的旅客開心的旅程.最後祝酒店每天客似雲來.」

「飯店雖然相對新穎，但實際狀況與標示不符。飯店並未提供標示中的停車場，需步行約五分鐘至公共停車場停車，對於上下行李極為不便。 更令人震驚的是，櫃檯人員竟將已入住的房間分配給我。換房後，又有服務人員上門質疑為何入住該房，經我解釋後才致歉。而隨行友人也遇到其他住客誤開房門的情況。如此嚴重的管理疏失，實在難以相信竟會發生在希爾頓集團旗下的飯店」

「雖然離中央車站要走大概10分鐘，但沿路平坦，拉著行李都 很OK，採自助方式入住，但也有專人協助，一樓有許多可休憩的空間，飯店可免費寄放行李，鄰近超市，值得推薦」
