「First it may have been Expedia’s problem that staff at the front desk said we didn’t have reservations even though I got a confirmation email. The place is decent, we had to request towels and the remote for the air conditioner. Some mold in the corners of the bathroom. Other staff were nice and helpful. 」

「The room was not clean. There was a stain on the bedspread. Outside on the balcony, the armchair was torn and there was no cover for it, so I couldn’t sit on it. The chairs outside were also very dirty, and there was a terrible smell on the balcony. The table outside was broken.
