「The room was not clean. There was a stain on the bedspread. Outside on the balcony, the armchair was torn and there was no cover for it, so I couldn’t sit on it. The chairs outside were also very dirty, and there was a terrible smell on the balcony. The table outside was broken. Inside, there was also a problem with the toilet—every time I used it and came out, water would be left all over the floor.」

When I arrived after long and exhausting flights, I was offered a “Cabin room” which is a room with no windows, not even one, not even a tiny one …!!!
