From the moment we walked in, the staff at the front desk made us feel genuinely welcome — always friendly, smiling, and happy to help. The location is just perfect: right between the beach and the mountains, so you get the best of both views. One thing that really stood out to us was how clean everything was. Our room was spotless and cleaned daily, which made coming back after a long day even better. It was also super quiet, which we really appreciated — such a peaceful atmosphere to relax and unwind. I had a wonderful time at Z.E.T.T. Hotel. The staff was friendly, and the room was clean and comfortable with amazing views. The location is perfect for exploring Jounieh, and the breakfast was really good. Highly recommend!

The staff was friendly, welcoming and prompt to our requests. Only issues, we had a broken chair in the room where when we sat down on it, unfortunately we fell which was not good. They did replaced it quickly when we addressed it. Lastly, the bathroom design is small for the shower section, it was hard to enter and exit.
