「Poor room cleaning, bad experience」

「I think this may be the finest Red Roof Inn property in the entire USA. I've stayed at many, & this one beats them all. I have nothing but top marks and superb kudos for this RR and.its exemplary staff. My last stay here was approx 2 yrs ago, and the across-the-board quality & standards always remain consistently high. Without hesitation, my recommendation for this RR is A++. I'll definitely be back in the future!」

「Our original room had not been finished cleaned when we arrived. They moved us to a different room that was ready. There were dirt particles on the floor and the bottom of toilet was dirty. Built up dirt and urine splatter had not been cleaned up. Tub area had hard water stains as well. When walking through the hallways you could also see dirt buildup along the edges by doors etc. I would not stay at this property again. 「We had a poor experience at this hotel. The room was dirty and in poor condition. There was water damage on the wall behind the drapes. The smoke detector was missing in our room. The bathroom fan didn’t work. The hallways smelled of body odour and cigarette smoke.
