"Hotel was clean, staff was nice, the stay was good. Thought it was a little weird that they had renovation goin on in a room at 9 in the evening on a Friday night. Doesn’t bother me but the workers permeated the hallway with the smell of marijuana, there were lots of underage kids there due to multiple youth sports tournaments going on in the area.Again doesn’t bother me but I know lots of people are not ok with that sort of thing."

"Clean room, very friendly and helpful staff. The neighborhood is nice too. Close enough to Seattle but far enough away to not be in the chaos of the city. "

"Check out is an hour later than competitors in the area. Which means that although it’s the same price as a few others, you're paying more for your whole stay. My stay was about a week ago. The cost for the night was $80 though Expedia. Was charged another $90 at check-in to be held for incidentals. This is supposed to be returned after the stay. Roughly 3-5 business days after check-out. It’s been almost a week and my $90 is still pending. I’ve stayed at 4 other Extended Stay locations for the same price and well as many others all around $100 a night. This is the only place that has ever charged for incedentals. Everywhere requires a card on file, this is the only place that charges more for than the room itself and holds onto it for 5+ days. Costs more by the hour than competitors, horrible entrance onto the property from the busiest street in lynnwood, offers no extra perks/benefits/amenities that is not offered by others of the same price in the same area with easier access. Zero reasons to stay here rather than anywhere else. Equivalent to a motel 6 with a few more irritations. "

"Ok so the room wasn’t bad ! Location wasn’t bad ! Right off freeway !!!! So very easy to get right back on and keep traveling ! A short distance to light rail . Bed was comfy , room was clean , bathroom was good . Water pressure was just ok ! But the one thing that was a big issue was the smell out side the hotel . Omgosh it stuck soooooo bad . Like to the point of wanting to puke . I had to send my kid and friend into hotel so they wouldn’t get sick . I was able to stand it and unload the vehicle but the smell was horrible and it’s only outside in parking area not inside hotel . It smelt like sewer or fish . Just very gross . But other than that we would honestly stay again . The employees were nice as well . We checked in late and left very early so can’t say how breakfast or anything else was . "
