「Very nice hotel and area. Room was superb and roomy. Was told reward point would be granted due to room not being available as booked. But a walk up was given the same exact room as I stood there. Due to I was attending a funeral I explained I would return in 4 hours. Room was excellent but haven't seen my points. IJS 」

「This is such a great hotel with lots of character! It's right in the walkable downtown Florence area so you can walk out the front door and find a general store to get snacks/souvenirs, several restaurants and shops. The bed was very comfortable and the room itself was spacious. There is a bar and restaurant in the hotel which was very lively when I checked in but nothing that kept me from sleeping. There are lots of nice architectural details that have been preserved - clearly it's an old...

「The staff is amazing, very helpful, going above and beyond to return the prescription glasses I left behind having fallen under the bed. Ask for a room not facing the parking lot due to extremely bright lighting that creeps in around the edges of the very thick blackout curtains, but boy did it make the hotel easy to find on a very dark, windy and rainy night. We will stay here again when driving through on our next road trip.」

「The room was modern and very clean. The area felt safe. There were plenty of stores and restaurants in walking distance as the hotel is located within a large shopping area. But, the absolute best part of the stay was the woman at the front desk that checked me in. She was very nice, efficient and accommodating. She's everything customer service used to be. She was a nice ending to a very long driving day. This will now be my usual stop on my way south.」
