Belmont Hotel Manila near NAIA Terminal 3 MNL

"Great location for the airport, but a disappointing end to our holiday After watching positive YouTube reviews, we expected much more from this hotel. Considering we started our Philippines holiday at a beautiful 5-star hotel at Newport, ending our trip at the Belmont was a real letdown and didn't feel like good value for money. The room itself was clean but it was a disappointment overall—the bathroom was tiny, and the towels were old and small. The buffet breakfast was also a major letdown; they ran out of food and plates, and the floor staff weren't attentive at all despite there being plenty of them around. On the positive side, the staff we interacted with—from reception, housekeeping to the porters—were great. The best part of the hotel is definitely its proximity to the airport via the Runway Manila skybridge. The luggage service was seamless: one porter took our bags to the entrance of the walk bridge, and another took over to wheel them right to the terminal entrance. If you strictly need a clean place to sleep with effortless Terminal 3 access, it fits the bill—just don't expect 5-star comfort or a great breakfast to close out your trip."

"The hotel service was great and accommodating. The hotel room itself was quite spacious despite the room size not being too big. Although, I did have a bit of a problem with the bathroom because the toilet paper holder was barely sticking onto the wall. The toilet paper holder actually fell off once from the wall which led to the toilet paper rolling on the floor. That was an unpleasant experience. Otherwise, everything else in the room was good. Amenities are provided, so I didn’t have to go out of my way to buy essentials like toothbrushes and towels. Plus, there’s a welcome cake which tasted great. Not to mention, the buffet was absolutely excellent. There was various selection of foods from different regions. The garlic fried rice is a must have, and the pastries were really delicious. Also, the price for the buffet is a good deal. So, if you’re planning to stay at this hotel, definitely try out their buffet!"

"This place was absolutely stunning! Everything about it was perfect. The bungalows were all situated around pools and had a very zen feeling to them. The spa was very relaxing. The restaurant was clean, the food was really good and the staff was great. Although its in walking distance to the town square, they offer free tuktuk's to bring you there and pick you back up. The staff, even after we checked out, were truly kind and offered a private room for us to use while we waited 3 hours before heading to the airport to go back to Manila. This is the first place we have ever been to that was completely perfect! We thank Cadlao Resort for the experience."
