"Generally very good rooms, clean and good proximity to everything. Room cleaning was delayed everyday into the late afternoon. Need to keep buying water everyday and breakfast was the same spread daily (not very veg friendly)"

"Hotel location is directly across from Lucerne main train station and tours depart from a nearby bus park, so it’s very convenient. The lobby area is nice, but small. Staff was very good and always ready to help. Our room was small and it was very difficult to squeeze into the shower. There’s bathroom lacked towel bars. There’s no AC and our room faced a courtyard car park, so no breeze. The hotel was acceptable, but if you are staying during hot weather, would recommend finding a hotel with AC."
