"After an almost three hour delay we arrived at around 2.30.am we were very tired. Staff at reception were helpful and informative. We were allocated a downstairs disabled room which did not match our requirements .the curtain was broken and stapled to the side of the window. We were unable to hang clothes properly and couldn’t use the bathroom facilities as a non disabled person. Our Ron was forestry opposite the entrance door to the ground floor which made it noisily. If we hadn’t been so tired we would have asked to have been moved. I had emailed the hotel to advise that our flight had been delayed by almost 3 hours but did not revive a response. Good choice of breakfast but staff a bit slow in replenishing some items.all in all I would recommend though"
