「Pls don’t pick this hotel if u expect u can have hotel normal service. They are digital hotel with no reception, no housekeeping from 1pm to other day morning. U they don’t expect u need a glass, or a fork and they won’t provide them in the room. To their suggestion, as a digital hotel, I think u should let your customer get those they need in a digital way, say self service counter for necessary. I didn’t get the digital key email before my check in. Lucky that I arrived a bit early before...

「Beautifully renovated historic building with beautiful garden and a top-notch restaurant. The new lift is especially good, saving us the effort to wrestle luggages up the steep stairs typically of older Dutch buildings. Quiet surroundings at the historic city center. Very nice and helpful staff. Oh, and the breakfast is well worth the money. Everything is tasty.」

「Ik vind Fletcher altijd redelijk basic. Er staat vaak dat dit viersterren hotels zijn, dat is niet mijn ervaring. Het is meer 3; en dat geldt ook voor het aangeboden ontbijt. Niet erg uitgebreid, eieren vaak teleurstellend, maar er is voldoende aanbod. Vers fruit zou wel een fijne toevoeging zijn. Het raam op mijn kamer stond open bij aankomst.
