We loved the setting! Each room was a small bungalow of its own. The bed was large and very comfortable. There was plenty of seating in the room and it had a nice bathroom with hot shower. The food was delicious and the chef and wait staff were very friendly and personable. I would go back there and stay again anytime!

Great pool, nice beds and very good dining, just a couple of things that jump to mind. The location at 5 minutes from the main road allows for a quiet ambiance combined with the perks of being close to the road. Only 20 minutes from the airport, Wild Dogs is a great place to chill and hang out upon arrival in Zambia. Staff is really kind and very helpful

Súper friendly staff, delicious coffe, beautiful garden and good food. Internet is so bad its non existent though. If it’s a work trip forget about it. Go there to disconnect from the world.

We only stayed one night but the service was great, all individual little cottages on the ground that are comfortable and spacious. All the staff including the gardeners were extremely friendly and helpful. The food was freshly cooked and the transfer service was made very simple taking any stresses out of getting to and from the nearby airport.

This is now one of my favorite accommodations ever. The staff is incredible — so friendly, kind, and welcoming. When we asked about things to see in Lusaka, they arranged an amazing city tour with one of the staff members as our guide and driver. We so appreciated being able to see the city this way, with the freedom to change plans/directions in the moment depending on where we wanted to go. The meals at Wild Dogs were soo good too! I'm vegetarian and my husband is not and there were no issues whatsoever with ordering meals that met what we both wanted. And the room itself was beautiful, so clean, felt authentically Zambian, and provided everything we could possibly need. I also absolutely fell in love with the kitten and dogs who lives on-site — so, so sweet (though they also have their own areas on the property so if you're allergic or anything don't worry)! There are two farms right next door and the only concern was that it sounded like dogs were crying at one of the farms, which made me worry about their wellbeing (I hope they're okay, and of course this has nothing to do with Wild Dogs itself!). Truly though, if you're staying in Lusaka, I can't recommend Wild Dogs more. This is the kind of place where you want to hangout at all day and won't feel like you're missing out. We didn't want to leave. Thank you to the staff for the best experience we could've hoped for!

A beautiful lodge on the outskirts of Lusaka, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Lovely, tranquil gardens to relax after a day in Lusaka.
