「There are two Kakwele Lodges. The one we stayed at was further from the airport in a back street of Lusaka, about a 20 minute drive. We were charged $15 for each of the 4 journeys to and from the airport, which I considered to be excessive. The room at the lodge was adequate, but a little cramped (especially the shower). 「There’s definite room for improvement here. Our room wasn’t cleaned to a good standard the bathroom had stains, and the bedding felt old (we unfortunately encountered bed bugs). The TV wasn’t working, and the door system was unreliable, often requiring extra effort to get in. Food was on the pricey side for what was offered, and while the room includes a stove, it would help to have basic utensils and drinking water provided given the rates charged. 「The rooms and bathrooms were very dirty, water was cold and had no preasure, rooms were not cleaned daily. Breakfast was poor. Sub standard and I broke 1water glass and they changed me K100 a total rip off if you ask me. 」

「I booked my stay when i arrived in Lusaka late at night. When i got to Acamms the receptionist was refused for me to stay there although i had a receipt from Expedia from my email. Long story short i had to find an alternative hotel in the middle of the night in Lusaka. I contacted Expedia on the 13th about getting a refund and up to now they are still getting in touch with Acamms. So bad service from both Acamms and Expedia. Book at your own risk.」
