"I can’t express enough our pleasure in staying at the Nam Hai Hotel. We stayed initially for 1 night and then left for 4 days to do the Ha Giang Loop. We made a reservation for our return and they were kind enough to store our large luggage while we were gone.

"I would like to recognize the staff at the Aurora Hotel, specifically Ms. Mia, Mr. Tee, and Mr. Andy, who were exceptional. The 3 of them went above and beyond. to make my stay enjoyable. Ms Mia was so pleasant and a joy to talk with, Mr Tee gave me some great ideas in my travel plans as an adventurer, and Mr Andy was really interested in how my day went. The rooms were to my liking, and I asked to be placed on a lower floor, which they were able to accommodate. Any restaurant, massage, excursion, etc, was within walking distance or an Uber/bus ride away. Some friends and I are already making plans to come back, and we will be staying again at this hotel. The room was very clean, spacious with great amenities. Breakfast is a buffet selection of local and European with several egg dish options to order.
The Skybar is a great place to hang out at night with a wonderful view across the lake."

"By far, the BEST breakfast in any hotel I've been in Vietnam. The staff were absolutely amazing. So friendly and helpful. Leo, at the travel desk in the hotel, went above and beyond to help us book shorts trips around the countryside. They couldn't do enough for us.
The hotel itself was a little dated but clean, neat, and convenient to everything in the Old Quarter. We loved it so much we stayed there 3 times! "
