"Fabulous boat ride and stay in Hal long Bay, Vietnam. The food was amazing. The staff couldn’t have been better. It was just a wonderful trip all the way around. The cooking class was fun too! Loved the trip!"
"The view from the lobby across the pool to the bay is incredible. We were immediately greeted on site, thank you Simon! Room was huge and quiet. We would recommend and stay there again!"
"Noisiest hotel I have stayed in ever.Outdoor market nearby sets up at 4.45 every morning, people shouting, cars snd bikes constantly hooting horns.The 3rd night the market set up was 3am.The single glazed windows that have broken locks and do not close properly do help help the noise.
Forget about the "Free Breakfast" fruit juice, limited fruit and eggs fried untill inedible with bread and butter served in a bleak cold restaurant.
The noise is allday long."
"Very adequate accommodation. Laundry and prices exceptional. Location a little out of the way. Delightful staff. Unfortunately no restaurant facilities apart from the limited breakfast."

"Stayed here for a week, had a lovely time playing golf and doing the day cruise around ha long bay which was organised by the hotel. Simon made us feel really welcome and comfortable during our stay. He couldn’t have done more for us and checked in with us throughout. My boyfriend was really unwell during our stay and as soon as Simon was aware he did everything to help which made it so much easier for us, we were grateful to be there when he was unwell. Thank you! "

"The service was amazing, Special mention to Chris and Alex who knew us by name, and were very welcoming every time we met. The Vietnamese tea service hosted by Alex was a great experience and very insightful. Also Mr Bing playing modern songs on traditional Vietnamese instruments whilst having dinner, was great to hear and really made the experience all the better.
