"Excellent location, just a 2-minute walk to the central train station in Como city, and you can see the lake and ferry dock from the window. The bed is very comfortable, and the room has all the basic amenities you need, with a shared fridge in the communal area. The staff are extremely helpful and really sweet. They helped us a lot when we had to self-check-in. The room is on the smaller side, but for two people on holiday, it’s very comfortable. They clean the room every second day, although I would have liked the bins to be emptied every day as they are quite small. Other than that, I’d highly recommend staying here! :)"

The breakfasts were rich and the staff was pleasant. The room was spacious and clean, unfortunately for the price I would have expected newer furniture, at least a minibar or a small fridge and not only Italian channels on the TV. The soundproofing was also not sufficient, so it was ok for my solo travel, but with my girlfriend I would definitely look for something else.."
