Thanks for the upgrade! Great customer service (called upon booking and before arrival.) Left us presents upon arrival! Super clean. Beautiful wood cabins. This really gave us a great Christmas time vibe for our Santa's Village visit. This place really made us feel like a home away from home!

Also i booked a townehome which was 5 minutes from hotel but did have access to all the amenities. Heat did not function well and when we woke up on the last day it was 64 degrees ...
