「it's one of the best place i have stayed! when you opening the window in the morning, a group of cows leisurely grazing on the grass, the river, the sun made everything like a paradise. the hosts are very passionate of what they do, the place and facilities are very well maintained. location is in the middle of cocora valley and salento. great experience.」

「The hotel is great, nice place to relax in the thermal waters. Room was very spacious and well located. Spa was decent. Breakfast could improve quality as some of the breads seemed old a couple of times. Staff were very kind and responsive. Desafio Termal is worth it. 」

「We chose the suite with the jacuzzi, it was nice spacious and hot water. It does not have A/C so during the day when it got hot the room could get very hot during the day and night. The staff specifically Alberto is very nice and helpful. Honestly they can do a lot better on the breakfast for the price we paid the breakfast is very basic. No fruit or choices. You get the same breakfast every day (Arepa or bread eggs made at your choice small piece cheese, or you could choose granola and yogurt...

「El check-in parecia estar bien hasta que nos dieron una habitación sin ventanas y con una limitada ventilación con un ventilador de pared. Se sentía muy encerrado, además tiene una gotera al parecer en el techo que hizo que tuvieranos que cambiar a una habitación más grande como para 6 personas pero con un costo adicional en efectivo de casi 300 CAD y sin darnos algún recibo. El lugar es muy limpio, el desayuno incluido esta muy bien y la atención es buena solo ojalá no ofrecieran esa habitación...
