Luitpoldsiedlung Vacations from NT$35,424

The hotel looks tired when you go into reception, chairs torn and chunks missing. Reception staff are nice. But travelling as 2 couples together, booked as a group and one couple on first floor and other couple (friends) on 3rd floor. Room was clean. Bath had no plug as filling a bath is discouraged, although plug provided on request. Hotel out of town. In the evening there was no restaurant or bar or hot drinks available when returning from a day out and just wanted to socialise as friends! Very disappointing and wouldn’t stay there again.

Small room but got the job done. It’s a bit out of the city center and the bus stop was under construction so it was a 10 min walk to the nearest metro stop.

Great, spacious and clean room. Perfect location. Highly recommend

The room was filled with dust and spider webs, and it did not appear to have been properly cleaned. The bathroom also had a strong urine smell. In addition, the shower was poorly designed, causing water to constantly spill onto and soak the bathroom floor.

Pros: Great location—very close to the HBF, airport bus transit, Marienplatz, and Oktoberfest grounds. The room was clean and the staff were friendly. Cons: The room was very basic and small, with no extras such as a coffee maker or A/C. The biggest issue was the noise. The train station and busy street outside were incredibly loud, and without A/C we had to keep the window open. Thankfully, we had earplugs! Overall: A convenient, clean option if location is your priority, but be prepared for a basic room and significant street/train noise.
