Wow! What a great hotel. Very European feeling. Super staff (shout out to Antonio at the front desk for above and beyond customer service). Great view of lake. Easy walk (and funicular) from train. Great breakfast, wonderful city. Would definitely recommend and stay there again!

We had a great stay here! The location was amazing as it was so close to the city center of Lugano. We easily walked from the hotel to all the busiest spots in the city.
