"The property was very old. The front door of the hotel doesn’t work. We have to go through the side door. Our room’ carpet. It’s very dirty.. My kid took a bath in the bathtub, but when the water filled it up the bathtub, there are bugs floating up and there are hairs came out of the drain. Room service doesn’t start until 7 am which is different from all the five star hotels we used to stay in with 24 hours from service. For the price, they’re charging me 8k for 5 nights for a deluxe trip rooms , it’s not worth the price tag."

"Clean room and convenient location. Room was a bit warm as the key needs to be in place for ac to work. Unpleasant smell in room and lost water for 24 hrs. Maybe this happens often? We probably should have complained about the smell, but we were gone on tours everyday! Thankfully window opened and we had bathroom spray along."

"The hotel & staff could not have been any better. From the moment we arrived until we checked out 4 days later our experience was unbelievable. The hotel’s location was perfect, the room was very comfortable, the breakfast was one of the best we have ever had with a huge selection of food. I would like to give special thanks the Artemide’s entire staff for their kindness & help. We had never been to Rome before & I was worried about choosing the best hotel so we could have a great visit. I believe now that Hotel Artemide was the perfect choice."

"The air conditioning was not working very well so we were uncomfortable in the rooms. It was especially distressing because we needed a good night of sleep before an early flight. The staff was kind, but were not able to help us with this issue. I'm sure when the AC is working, its a great hotel Perfect location next to Terminals 1,2,3."
