「Very clean, modern apartment in very central pedestrian area. Looks down on the Hereford Bull. If you are light sleeper it can be noisy with late night revellers but it didn’t bother us. Also a market appeared right outside on Saturday. Parking was easy in the nearby car park ( less than 5 mins walk) Overall great apartment with lots within a couple of minutes walk but it maybe too central for some」

「One day before my family's planned arrival, I received a call from the operator's husband to say there was no hot water and he wanted to give me the opportunity to book an alternative stay. I understood this to mean a refund would be given in this event. It was late to book elsewhere so initially my family agreed to go regardless but as no further communication was forthcoming despite several attempts I booked elsewhere.
