It was pleasant stay in Nexus hotel for our family. Personal is very kind and helpful, room was cleaned every day, bathroom sanitized. All in all worth the money and in competing with Lucknow hotel offers, you will be pleasant surprised.

The bed linen, the washroom fittings, the pillows, the pillow covers, everything needs to be thrown away and replace with new. Customers pay thousands of rupees and in return they get filthy rooms and dirty washrooms with outdated amenities. Think thrice before you book this hotel.

Pleasant!

Everything was ok for the price. The only part we didn’t like was, it is a vegetarian restaurant! On top of it they don’t allow ordering food from outside. That sucked! Other wise it was good 👍

Never book this hotel.we had a worst experience in this hotel.when u book it online u will see a beautiful picture of the room but in real is not like this.we book a deluxe room the mattress was very very thin it was just a sponge.we had body pain.we went to complain and we had to upgrade the room to executive room with additional charges. Their executive room was an old dirty smelly room.window edge full of dust.the room has one kettle to boil water but u the cord is not enough long to connect to the PowerPoint.we had put something under the kettle and use it.The Ac is an old style that’s doesn’t fuction well. The toilet exhaust system full of dust.it’s very old and dirty.we stayed 5 days as they won’t refund our money.in our stay we got soap 2 days only and towel they provide u only one for 2 people.u have to keep asking for more. Please never see pictures and book this hotel. It’s not worth what we paid.
