Not as it looked in the pictures on the Internet, when we first arrived, we received a room with no bathroom and when we requested a room with the bathroom, we were charged another $150. This is a shocker for people from the United States.

The Bed and Breakfast was so lovely! It's a really beautiful house, and all the staff was extremely kind and helpful. It was clean and the breakfast was delicious. The location was convenient - right next to a bus stop that took you to the center in under 10 mins (or ~15-20 min walk to the river). Overall and excellent stay!

We spent 3 weeks in Switzerland and spent a few days in Luzern. We agreed that The Bed and Breakfast Hotel was our favorite accommodation. We loved our room, enjoyed the fabulous breakfast, and after a busy day relaxed and ate our picnic dinner in the garden. Isabelle was outstanding, always very helpful which made our stay so easy.
