The Bed and Breakfast is top rate in our book in every imaginable way!! Isabelle and her staff run the Best B&B ever! Location (quiet, safe, and pretty.). Rooms are roomy and shared bathrooms are no problem since there are so many! Breakfast is delicious and the coffee/tea service 24/7 is great. Thanks for a memorable stay!!

Staff was friendly. Downside - breakfast was pricey for what was offered. We were given a bus pass for the 2 days that we stayed making transportation a breeze. Buses arrived on time and very often.

We really enjoyed our stay at The Bed and Breakfast in Lucerne. It was in a nice quiet area yet easy to reach other locations such as Old Town. The bus stop is close by but we often walked along back streets to get to the Old Town, boat docks and train station. The host, Isabelle is lovely and very helpful. There was a great variety for the breakfast each morning. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again if we return to Lucerne.

Overall great place to stay. The staff is very helpful and kind. Our only complaint was the temperature. It was a rather warm few days when we stayed and the air conditioner in our attic room struggled to get the room to a tolerable temperature overnight. The staff did get us a small fan to use the next day which was very helpful, though.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is very close to a bus station. The bus operates frequently to various locations. On top of this, the hotel provides free bus pass. The pass is available (by email) even before our arrival. As a result, we can go to the hotel by bus at zero cost.

The Bed and Breakfast was so lovely! It's a really beautiful house, and all the staff was extremely kind and helpful. It was clean and the breakfast was delicious. The location was convenient - right next to a bus stop that took you to the center in under 10 mins (or ~15-20 min walk to the river). Overall and excellent stay!

We loved our stay at The Bed and Breakfast! It is a 20 minute walk from the station and in a nice quiet street. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable and we never had to wait for use of the shared bathrooms. Breakfast was great and the bus pass was an added bonus. Very well run and well thought out accommodation. Breakfast is good value, the coffee machine available at all times is great. The shared fridge is a nice touch and the laundry is very convenient and a generous price which saved us a couple of hours of our own time. The rooms are clean and a good size, the staff are friendly and helpful. Can't really fault the place!

Really lovely and easy stay in Lucerne - very comfortable beds! Breakfast is great, and the location is very convenient - a bit further out but a very easy walk into the centre. Close to lots of good restaurants but easier to be out the centre a little bit for parking! Reception sorted out our parking permit, very straight forward and highly recommend if you’re stopping in Lucerne!

We knew we would be in the attic room so stairs did not bother us. A light or nightlight at the top of the stairs would make it a lot safer. Breakfast was wonderful and the staff accommodated an early morning departure with breakfast laid out!

The property is old but clean and quiet as I expected. It is a little bit hot as there is no air conditioner but acceptable if you turn on the fan. The only thing we don't like is that there is no lift and you must carry your luggage to the third floor.
