"Very polite front desk staff. They were understaffed she said so that kind of helped a bit with understanding why the place seemed so dirty. Room was fairly clean. Mirrors looked like they were cleaned with a dirty rag. Elevator was nasty and sounded like a death trap. Breakfast was pretty good. Fresh food was brought out and everything was clean. Bed was awful. It was on a metal sheet frame so everytime you moved it made a loud sound. "

"The pool was the very best part of our stay. Heated and warm enough to walk right in. We really enjoyed the pool so much and the stay was worth it just for that. The evening front desk person (Susan) was also lovely and very kind and helpful.
The beds were extremely firm and I found it hard to get comfortable. The room itself was fine.
The breakfast was pretty minimal and the eating space was small. The employee cleaned up the breakfast foods/area while we were still in it (about 20 min before it was scheduled to end). "

"For a no smoking hotel it stunk of smoke holes in blankets burn holes also toilet was running when i got there and stuff in toilet .when people walked past room shaked , holes in curtain heater had to turn on off at plug controls didnt work ... lady at desk was ok but when checking in talking staff ...about another room n people ..."
