"Makeup room service needs to be improved. One morning, I waited till 11.45am for makeup room and need to call for the makeup room service. Also realized that room was not vacuum for my 17 nights stayed during the makeup room service. Also noted that makeup room service like to wait till i am back from breakfast therefore coming to makeup my room. Because i think they expect tips. "

"Overall the hotel was good. Just disappointed with their spa massage. Me & my husband had a 2 hrs spa treatment that includes leg bath( just washing your feet - less than 2mins). 30 mins body scrub ( we only have less than 15 mins) And is very unprofessional & messy. 90 mins aromatherapy massage with hot oil. But the oil wasn't hot/warm. Diffenitely less than 60mins. Me & my hubby feels they just rush to finish. At the end we realised is exactly 2 hrs. But the conclusion is the 2 hrs it...

"Oakwood has always been our first choice when we visit Batam. Best location right next to Grand Batam Mall where you have access to everything from eat to groceries and girls’ shopping. The hotel itself is fabulous as well, clean room, great amenities, yummy breakfast. Will be back, of course!"

"Sound proofing is really really bad. You can hear the sound of people, cleaners along the main corridors because of the hard flooring. Music from the KTV below went on until late at night. Also it smells of cigarette smoke. There are also no security safe, no fridge, no hair dryer. "
