「This is a nice hotel in a great location. It is a bit more geared toward conferences than family trips, although it would be fine for either. Two things kept it from being great, check in and parking. I've heard many a speach from front desk staff at check in explaining where things are and giving general information, this staff offered nothing really. They collected extra fees and handed out key but that was it. Given the hotel has a kind of disconnected layout this was a bit frustrating....
「This location was absolutely amazing! The staff were all so friendly and welcoming! If you enjoy history, this is the place to stay. It is within walking distance of great food and activities. Parking was easy. This hotel was built in 1862. This is not going to be a typical hotel room. Enjoy the experience and great staff!!」
