"Clean quiet (and air conditioned!) oasis near sites and restaurants in old town. A former convent, the hotel is unique in its history and calming in its simplicity. Staff at front desk and at breakfast were uniformly polite and helpful. Breakfast buffet was outstanding. Highly recommended!"

"The hotel is located in the heart of the city, close to every historic and cultural sight that we wanted to see. We never took a tram or Uber because every second guy was within 15 minute walk. It was also convenient to have a shopping center across the street and n case you forget something you desperately need. The breakfast was delightful! Every day they added or changed items on the menu. Always clean, the staff was constantly removing dirty dishes, so we could enjoy the extra space on the table coming back from getting the food. The room was very comfortable. Bathrobes and sleepers were provided. Bathroom was fully equipped with all necessities for our stay. The service was impeccable. Everyday after we came back from the sightseeing we found the room in a perfect shape like it was the first tim we arrived. All -in-all, it was very nice and comfortable stay at rather reasonable cost. You"

"We loved our stay at this hotel. It was in a great location, and our room was clean, comfortable, and very nice. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is the pricing. The breakfast was extremely expensive at €25 per adult, and our 13-year-old was charged the full adult price. We chose not to eat there after seeing the cost. We were also surprised that charges were processed in euros rather than Czech koruna. Since our card is billed in Czech currency, this meant paying a currency conversion fee, and then another transaction fee from our card provider. It seemed unnecessary when everything else in the country is priced in Czech koruna. Finally, we were charged €3 for a bottle of water from the minibar. We understand that taking it was our mistake, but combined with the breakfast prices and the currency conversion, it felt like there was a lot of nickel-and-diming. Overall, we really enjoyed the hotel, but the extra charges and pricing policies kept it from being a 5-star experience."

"Great hotel and location right below Charles Bridge. The staff were terrific and breakfast ran until 10:30. Only issue was there was no iron/ironing board in room. Otherwise, I’d stay there again! Loved Prague and for people who like clubs, Karlovy Lazne nightclub (dancing) is very close and is a highly rated club in Europe."
