「Très bon accueil et chambre très propre 」

「Rapport qualité-prix pas au niveau. Il y a une piscine mais froide avec le toit abîmé. On a payé 350€ la nuit, trop cher pour les prestations. On attendait de l'espace balnéo un endroit cocooning pour se détendre en fin de journée mais la température de l'eau ne le permettait pas... Dommage 」

「No say in terms of price Poor room clean up. You can see hairs on the floor after cleanup. It may be ok if you just stay one night…. The service provided by the hotel canteen is far much more better than hotel’s hospitality 」

「The only good things I can say about the room is that it was clean and the location was good. We could not shower because the bathroom was tiny. We couldn't fit. We could hardly fit to use the toilet. The towels were tiny and thin. The twin beds were low and uncomfortable. The breakfast was just as spartan as the room. The hotel rates were low, but the condition of the room was lower. This hotel made our experience in Lourdes awful. 」
