「kind and nice hospitality staff, good maintenance room, nice location to restaurants and to the sanctuary, and the train station, good money for value accommodation in Lourdes.」

「The staffs at the front desk are very professional and friendly. Their service is of top quality. The room is bright, clean and well furnished. It's very comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the river view from the balcany. A small problem is that Hotels.com writes parking at €15/night, but the hotel said that was last year's price. They charged us €20 for parking instead. We've reminded them to inform Hotels.com to update this information. As parking fee may affect one's choice of...
