「Location right next to the Grotto... a little farther from the Gare De Lourdes station, maybe at least a 25 minute walk uphill. We had a good dinner and staff was so helpful and friendly. Nice clean hotel.... Luggage can be stored after check out.」

I like the cleaness, the care for their guests and it is also closer to the train station just 3 min walking not bad if you have baggages with you....not need to wait for a bus to bring you there. Just few minutes walking from the Saintuaire but if you want easy take the city bus that travels every 15m.happy to go there」

「Staff are friendly- clean room- I have a bit of issue with smell- Brought my own Lavender room spray. It helps. Near the Grotto,which is good as I was with elderly. Bring your own thermos,if you are a chamommile tea person,as theres no kettle in the room. Although. I ask the night staff for a pot of hot water. Very kind male staff. Thanks to him. 「雖然離主要景點都很近，但是以飯店的價格（套房35平方公尺，近300歐元），還是會覺得沒有這麼有價值。房間乾淨。早餐的環境不是很理想，選項也不多，飯店的員工雖然人很親切，但是感覺沒有經過太多訓練，每個人都不太知道在幹嘛。」
