Only stayed for one night but will use this hotel again. The guy who checked me in was very helpful. It's a short walk into the middle of Loughborough or the train station.

Indeed, it was unique. Quiet, safe area, close to the station. But its uniqueness came from the room as well as the common dinning room - elegant, clean, warm, with more than I expected and everything I needed> warm water, an extraconfortable bed, small and cosy room, furniture in very good condition, clean towels and bed sheets, a discrete host, plus a welcoming garden. Really, much more than I expected.

Good value & perfect location

This a lovely hotel with a big comfortable bed, in a spacious room. Tea and coffee facilities in the room and plenty of hanging space. The thing that let it down was the shower. The first time we used it, it took ages to warm up, and the next morning it went from hot to cold several times while using it. We would definitely stay again as we appreciate this may have just been an unfortunate blip!

There is nothing in the room! No hand wash dispenser empty Dispenser empty in the tiny shower that takes 10 mins to regulate the temperature!! No kettle cup or glass. We were given one towel for both of us!!
