The arrival/check-in process could have been smoother - we arrived within the specified times but could not enter the gate as we didn't have the gate code and neither the video doorbell or the phone was answered."

"No hot water. Strange sewage smell. No water pressure. No coffee makers or coffee available on site. No blankets on beds. We had to ask for towels for the room. I would not consider this a hotel. More like a hostel. I was sorely disappointed. Paid over 100.00 per night for this? Not again. "
